To break Gaza siege

Gaza siege is a declared Israeli attempt to punish the Palestinians for their proud stand through the Intifada which has started in the year 2000 after occupation aggressive visit to “Al Aqsa mosque” the first Qibla and the third of the two Holy Mosques, and led to the first Intifada parliament election on the 25th of January 2006.
Since that date,the occupation has been trying to disturb Palestinian life as worse as possible, by using an obvious collective punishment policy against the people because of their refusal to give up their rights to the occupier, and because of their election of resistance representatives for the Parliament to constitute the first Intifada Parliament. The occupation closed all ports, stole the tax money to deprive the elected government from functioning normally, and Insisted on violating the International laws when continuing the Gaza blockade, by building the seperation wall in West Bank to steal land and money, and when continuing to build settlements in a policy that no one on earth supports any more.
The question arises, if everyone is admitting that Israel is violating the international law, why not deal with Israel as a criminal state that have to be hold responsible for its violations ?!!
thus freeze their money, end the weaponry treaties, and place an economic embargo on Israel until admitting Palestinian rights ,by ending the blockade, bringing down the seperation wall, dismantling the settlements (at least from the lands occupied in 1967), admiting the Palestinians right of return, and ending the racist doings of the Israeli regime against the native citizens, the least of which is depriving the arab citizens from using their own language to name their villages.
Based on the above, dealing with the siege's effects on the palestinian's life (from lack of fuel to financial problems) doesn't end the Israeli blockade itself, doesn't bring back the factories that were turned off,doesn't end Israel's control of land and sea ports, doesn't enable Palestinian fishermen to sail free in their sea waters, and doesn't open the roads for palestinians to travel and trade free with other nations.
Therefore, the shortest path to damage the blockade is focusing the civil society's activities on ending the blockade itself, not just its effects on the Palestinian life, in response to the Israeli blockade. Like Israel imposed a blockade on Palestinian people, let Israel have its share of the blockade until respecting the international laws and declaring its respect for the Palestinian right, and hence, lifts the blockade, brings down the separation wall, and dismantles the settlements.
